• Sales Representative (Field Sales) – Lubricant Industry
• Quantity: 01

Job Description

• Search for new customers and expand the lubricant market in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces.

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, garages, auto parts shops, container businesses, factories, seaports, etc.

• Implement sales programs and support customers according to the company’s strategy.

• Report work results periodically.

Requirements

• Gender: Not required

• Age: Under 40 years old

• At least 2 years of experience in field sales in the lubricant industry.

• Good communication skills and a responsible work attitude.

• Sales experience is preferred.

• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage (not mandatory).

• Benefits

+ Probation salary: From 8,000,000 to 10,000,000 VND/month.

+ Probation period: 1–2 months (depending on capability).

+ Official salary: Negotiable after passing the probation period.

+ Social insurance, holidays, and Tet leave in accordance with Vietnamese labor law.

• Allowances:

+ Fuel allowance: 500,000 VND/month

+ Phone allowance: 200,000 VND/month

+ Sales commission: 1%

+ Chinese language ability: Additional 1,000,000 VND/month

Working Time:

• Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00)
• Lunch break: 1 hour (12:00 – 13:00)
